Urine Sample
You will be required to provide us with a urine sample during your appointment. This is to test for any blood, sugar, or protein in your urine. Please ensure that you are well hydrated. If you are actively menstruating, please let our staff know beforehand, as this may effect the results of your test. Do not engage in rigorous physical activity or sexual intercourse the day of and the day prior to your appointment, as this may also effect the results of your test.
After Your Exam
After your medical examination is completed, Dr. Djearam will provide you with two forms. One for an X-Ray, and one for blood work. These tests are to be completed in different offices from ours, and can only be completed after your visit to our office. You are welcome to schedule these appointments in advance, as long as they are booked for after your scheduled visit with us. For more information on these tests, please go to the X-Ray and Labs tab on our website, or click the following button.
Before leaving our office, please ensure that you stop at the front desk, where you will be provided with a document called the Information Sheet. This sheet is proof that you have initiated your examination with us, and replaces the form IMM1017B. IRCC or whomever is looking after your case may ask that you provide them with this document, so it is important to obtain this before you depart.
